At CES 2023, MSI has unveiled a range of B760 motherboards for gamers and power users who seek more options beyond the powerful Z790 platform and 13th Generation Raptor Lake processors. These motherboards offer a host of improvements over their last-gen counterparts, including PCIe 5.0 support, up to DDR5-7000 MHz memory overclocking, Wifi 6E support, up to 8-layer server-grade PCB with 2oz copper traces, and ARGB Gen 2 header.

The B760 chipset and motherboards from MSI offer exceptional compatibility with both 12th and 13th Gen Intel CPUs supported out of the box without the need for BIOS updates.

Furthermore, gamers on a budget can choose between DDR4 and DDR5 memory variants while power users and gamers who want a next-gen system that's DDR5 ready can opt for DDR5 memory.

The B760 motherboards offer powerful scalability with PCIe Gen 5.0 support, max PCIe 4.0 lanes bumped to 10, up to 3x Gen 4 M.2 slots, and SuperSpeed USB 20Gbps Type-C ports. In addition, they provide high-speed wired and wireless networking connectivity, including 2.5G LAN and Wi-Fi 6E.

MSI's B760 Gaming motherboards now come equipped with a robust power delivery system, including up to 12+1+1 Duet Rail Power System (DRPS) and 90A DrMOS, to ensure unmatched stability for even the most powerful Intel processors on the market. Finally, the up to 8-layer server-grade PCB with 2oz copper traces allows for higher bandwidth and faster transfer speeds at lower temperatures.
